Mhitraa offers a flexible robot-based cleaning system in which one or more robots are coordinated for either component manipulation or maneuvering the cleaning tool. These machines are highly customized with various options to enhance system performance. The main features of Mhitraas Robotic Washer are: high quality cleaning results and machine reliability; full & semi-automatic systems available; possible to accommodate a variety of engine & transmission parts like cylinder heads, crankshafts, camshafts, gears and housings; low energy consumption (less use of power, water and air).
In the Mhitraas portfolio there are two types of robotic washers: Rotary-Indexing Type and Linear-Indexing Type.
The rotary-indexing washer type is a multi-station system that can be configured with two or three stations. While the two station washer has one loading/unloading zone and a separated cleaning and drying zone, the three station washer has a third, separated from the robot chamber, drying zone.
Main Characteristics:
The Linear-Indexing Washer can be configurable as a four-station washer or five-station washer. The main difference is that, while the fours-station washer configuration comprises 4 steps from loading, robot cleaning, robot compressed air-drying to unloading, the five-station washer includes a hot air-drying step after the robot compressed air-drying procedure.
